This notice explains the information CueKind uses to review trial requests and provide the service.
Information you provide
When you request family trial access, we collect the parent name, email address, password, expected numbers of child profiles and devices, and any optional family name or notes you submit. If access is approved, information added to your family space can include routines, child profiles, device details, progress and support messages.
How information is used
We use this information to review access requests, create and secure accounts, operate family routines and child displays, provide support, and maintain the safety and reliability of CueKind. Trial requests are reviewed manually.
Access and sharing
Your family space is intended for your family and authorised CueKind staff who need access to operate or support the service. We do not describe family information as public, and we do not sell it.
Keeping information
Information is kept only while it is needed to review a request, provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve issues or protect CueKind and its users. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of your information through the support page.
Children’s information
A parent or guardian controls the family account and is responsible for deciding what child profile and routine information to add. Please avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields.
Changes
We may update this notice as CueKind develops. The current version will remain available on this page.
