Clear expectations for using CueKind.
These terms apply when you request family trial access or use an approved CueKind account.
Family trial access
Submitting a request does not create active access. Requests are reviewed manually, and CueKind may approve or decline a request. No payment is taken when you submit the request. Any future paid terms would be presented separately before a charge.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. A parent or guardian must manage the family account and the information entered for children.
Appropriate use
Use CueKind only for lawful family routine and support purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access, misuse another family’s information or introduce harmful code.
Trial service
CueKind is being made available to selected families while it develops. Features may change, and access may be paused or withdrawn when necessary for safety, maintenance or operation. CueKind is a routine-support tool, not medical, clinical or emergency advice.
Your content
You remain responsible for information you add. You give CueKind permission to process that information only as needed to provide and support the service, subject to the privacy notice.
